Egg Pasta
Out egg pasta is made from durum semolina, whole pasteurized eggs and water. The ingredients are mixed then laminated (Worked through a series of stainless steel rollers) until smooth sheets are obtained. 1/10 lb case.
Tomato or Spinach Pasta

Only natural ingredients are used to make our flavored pastas. Our colors remain vivid even after cooking. Color never washes out. 1/10 lb case.
Black Peppercorn or Parsley Pasta
Black or Red Pepper Pasta, or Garlic & Parsley Pasta. 1/10 lb case.
Whole Wheat Pasta
A great pasta for the dieter who wants whole grain pasta. 1/10 lb case.
Black Bean / Green Chili / Red Chili
These items make for exciting menu additions. Excellent with poultry and seafood for a new Mexican flavor. 1/10 lb case.
